Responsibilities

• Candidate must possess /Secondary School/”O” Level / Certificate or Diploma
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent
• Setup, operate and maintenance CNC Milling and conventional milling machines
• Able to read engineering drawing
• Ensure that the production, preparation or rework are in accordance with parts drawing and work schedule
• Perform daily housekeeping
• Other duties as and when assigned by management
• Candidates with relevant experience in metal fabrication, semi-con industry, Precision Engineering background will be an advantageous

Requirements

• Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree in Electric & Electronic or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Candidate must possess /Secondary School/”O” Level / Certificate or Diploma
• Express mechanical / electronic troubleshooting skill
• Knowledge of Microsoft office
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia/ English and Mandarin

Responsibilities

• Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
• Tie workflow to schedule
• Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
• Produce timely and detailed service reports
• Document processes
• Operate vehicle in a safely manner and use field automation systems
• Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols
• Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organisation
• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
• Build positive relationships with customers
